Duck salad and risotto frutti di mare

For me, cooking is not just a hobby, it is truly a passion, my own way to create and express myself. That's why i decided to start this blog so that i could keep track of my creations.
Ok so last weekend i had a couple of friends over for dinner. Three girls and one of my best buddy Nic. Being single for a couple months now, it was a great opportunity to catch the girls attention.
